Uncle Ken's Auto Center

⭐ 1 STAR I would NOT recommend Uncle Ken’s Auto Center. I purchased a used tire from them for $70 a little over a month ago, and the tire has already gone bad. About 4–5 days ago, the tire went completely flat. I drove over 45 minutes back to Uncle Ken’s to have them look at it, and they patched the tire. After they patched it the first time, I went to my son’s football practice, and everything seemed fine. I thought the problem was finally taken care of. However, when I drove back home after practice, my car immediately alerted me that the air pressure was low. I had to go back to them again, driving another 45+ minutes, and they patched the tire a SECOND time. Yesterday, the hole became too large for the tire to properly hold air. I was literally having to put air in the tire every 3–4 hours just to keep driving. Today, the tire is completely flat AGAIN. At this point, I feel like I was sold a bad used tire for $70. What makes this even more frustrating is that I repeatedly drove over 45 minutes to get this issue addressed, brought my kids with me, and both times it caused us to be late to my son’s football practice. I made the effort to come back and give them multiple oppor

Been dealing with "uncle Kens" for over 30 yrs! Faces have changed, but the quality of work and very reasonable prices haven't! Very pleasant staff and you can tell the work they do is excellent by the attitudes of the employees! Can't go wrong with these guys! Great people!

I had an amazing experience at Uncle Ken’s Auto Center. I arrived right before closing, and they still welcomed me with such great customer service. The guy who helped me was incredibly honest and transparent. He clearly explained what needed to be done, and I trusted his advice, especially since the BMW dealership had already told me a year ago that I’d need to replace all four tires. What I really appreciated was that he didn’t pressure me at all. I even told him I wanted to think about it and come back the next day, and he was completely fine with that. He printed everything out for me and stayed kind and professional the whole time. In the end, I decided to go ahead and replace all four tires that same day. Even though they were technically already closed, he never rushed me or told me to come back. Instead, he had his team take care of everything right then and there. Great service, honest people, and fair pricing. I’m really happy and highly recommend them!
